Tintri has built smart application-aware storage that sees, learns, and adapts to help IT organizations focus on virtualized applications, instead of managing storage infrastructure. Tintri smart storage is able to see how applications behave at the virtualization layer, and then presents the information in a way that’s useful to storage and virtualization professionals. Four Rivers invested in Tintri in 2014, alongside Lightspeed Venture Partners and NEA. Tintri completed its IPO in June, 2017.
